Jason is an Area Director and Regional Operations Advisor to the New York Region of Master Networks. In both of these roles, Jason likes to take a 30,000 foot view of what action steps need to happen for members to get the most value from their membership. He is also a Financial Services Representative with Barnum Financial Group. Jason acts as a resource, guiding his clients in making the right financial decisions for their future. Working collaboratively, he guides them in determining and clarifying their financial goals, establishes their financial position, and identifies areas of opportunity. He helps them protect what is important to them with insurance strategies, save and invest for their future, and offers advice to help them make financial decisions with confidence. When not supporting members of Master Networks or working with clients, Jason can be found spending time with his growing family, friends and attending his son's sporting events.

In addition to being an Area Director for Master Networks, Jim Sandler is a veteran executive of International Business, Family Business, and entrepreneurship. Jim has over 25 years experience in change management, with demonstrated success in leading cultural change, and identifying where businesses should be positioned to create/enhance future value.
Previous to starting KM Consulting in 2006, Jim built businesses from the ground up, and achieved significant commercial success. Stephanie, a lifelong Mahopac/Carmel resident and active member of the community has been with Servpro of Putnam County for the past four years. Stephanie’s mission is to educate, plan, and prepare Businesses and Home Owners for unforeseen emergencies.
In addition to being an Area Director and the Regional Culture Advisor for Master Networks, Stephanie is the Director of Commercial and Residential Accounts for Servpro of Putnam County, NW & SE Dutchess County. As your local disaster recovery specialists, we are here for all your fire, water, mold, biohazard, disinfecting, post construction, crime scene remediation and rebuild needs.
We make it “Like it never even happened”.
Stephanie has made a career of supporting and helping people as they build their businesses. Joining her best friend in this current venture has been a great way to help those in the community during some of the most difficult times of their lives. Sandra Kochman is a true Lightworker; which means she has an enormous pull towards helping others. In addition to being an Area Director for Master Networks, she's a Reiki Master, BEMER Distributor, and Holistic Realtor. In each of these roles she shares her high vibrational energy of peace, love, and joy. As a Reiki Master, Sandra restores balance to her clients through energy work. She offers in-person and distance healing, manifestation classes, and energy clearing for the home. She's also passionate about sharing BEMER, for in-home passive vascular therapy. As a Holistic Realtor, Sandra has over 20 years of experience working with buyers and sellers of residential real estate in NYC and on Long Island. She lives on Long Island with her 3 children and her German Shepherd, Disco.

Jean Terman is an Area Director for New Jersey, the Community Council Media Coordinator, and a member of the Regional Technology team. She owns and is the creative spirit behind Jean Terman Photography.
Jean has spent the better part of her life looking through the viewfinder of a camera, telling compelling stories with the images she creates. Even during her early career as a successful graphic designer and technical trainer, photography was always her passion. Shortly after the birth of her child, she realized that it was time to follow her dream, and her second baby, Jean Terman Photography, was born.
She’s spent almost two decades as a portrait artist dedicated to creating beautiful images, capturing special moments too lovely to forget, and providing high-quality photography services for businesses, organizations, and individuals wishing to project a professional, yet approachable demeanor. Her goal is to show off people and their passions in a way that draws the viewer in and stops the social media scroll. Her sessions are full of color, light, and emotion. They focus on the individual in front of the camera, helping them forget there is a camera there at all. She calls the time spent with her clients "playdates," and they do too.
Putting people at ease and helping them feel comfortable and free to allow their true spirit to shine through is her special talent. Jean says that the most memorable images happen in the most honest moments; that’s where the magic lives.

Rachel has been a member of Master Networks for 2 years. She is President of the Teaneck, NJ chapter (come visit!), and is also a member of the NY/CT/NJ Regional Training Team and is the Community Council Volunteer Coordinator.
Rachel has a longstanding background in the field of education. She holds a Masters degree in Art History and is the former Senior Manager of Public Programs in the Guggenheim Museum's education department. Almost 9 years ago she decided to leave the non-profit world and start her business, Forward Family Essentials. She had no experience as an entrepreneur, and relied heavily on her skills in the inquiry model of education to both teach and learn. Over the years, Rachel has spent hundreds of hours at trainings, conferences and lectures (plus being an avid reader) to develop her strong knowledge base.
Today, Rachel is a Wellness Advocate who loves helping individuals and families go from overwhelm to in control. She has developed a proven method called Take Back Your Life to support those she works with to develop an easy to follow daily routine that yields consistency and results in their short and long term wellness. Rachel loves teaching, whether in a one-on-one setting or to large groups. She has spoken and taught at events across the country.
